They’re made with durable powder coated steel cabinets, sealed combustion heat exchanger, front mounted controls, and top mount water inlet and outlet. These units are tough, dependable, and feature-rich.

Built by Raypak® to our specifications, these 82% efficient atmospheric boilers and water heaters are tailor-made for the carwash industry. Simple to operate and maintain, our atmospheric boilers feature copper and brass waterways with cupro-nickel heat exchanger and a durable powder-coated cabinet finish. These models have special electronic controls and are pre-wired to make installation simpler.

Quality construction combines with stainless steel waterways and frame, so there’s no worry about corrosion or frame failure. Computerized controls monitor critical system functions such as water quality, freshwater temperature, and run time. Plus, each unit is pre-tested before it leaves the factory, and comes with an installation parts kit and maintenance kit.

PROPAK® Water Softeners are built with quality components to work reliably for years, and coupled with pre-plumbed softener manifolds, will make your installation easier, too. These softeners are available with continuous flow rates from 13 GPM to 176 GPM, and each unit is leaked tested and preset for your feed water hardness prior to shipment.
